LET THE AGED BE PROTECTED: IDOR's Elders Medical Project

IDOR celebrate our Ras Tafari Elders wherever they reside. We are also thankful for those individuals and organizations, especially the Shashemane-based Elders care-giving team for their unselfish sacrifices in providing physical care to our Elders, including Elders who have now transitioned to the 'Realm of Ancestor.'

On September 11, 2007, IDOR conceptualized, wrote and launched an Elders Medical Emergency Fund in Shashamane, Ethiopia (EMEF). This was achieved with support from several Ethiopian-based personnel. The Fund morphed into an Elders Medical Project (EMP), and is today known as the "Ancient of Days Project."

Elders care remain a top priority for our organization, and IDOR welcomes the support and participation of all good people in this effort.
